Need a hand?
You must have a Magnet Trade Cash or Credit Account and a valid email address to participate. You are required to opt into the scheme via the website using your Magnet Trade Account Number, business name and the email address held on your account. Registration can take place at any time during the promotional period.
To be eligible for the rewards, you must spend a minimum of aver £5000 exc VAT at Magnet Trade between 29 July 2024 and 2 November 2024. Spend includes kitchen and joinery transactions. Orders must be despatched and invoiced before 2nd November.

Please allow up to 24 hours for purchase information to appear on your account. If you have submitted a registration form for a trade credit account or you have applied for an increased credit limit, this can take up to a week to verify due to credit checks.
When you have qualified, you will be notified via email. Log on to the Magnet More Rewards portal to select your reward. Rewards can be claimed throughout the entirety of the promotional period.
Your reward will be sent to you via the chosen fulfilment method within 28 days of claiming. Upon selection of your reward gift, you will be asked to provide your delivery address. If you have entered this incorrectly, or need to change it, please contact us immediately on 01565 656 641.
Once you have selected your reward, it will be despatched within 28 days. If you haven't received your reward after 28 days, or have any questions, please complete the Contact Us form.
