We’re pretty much back to trading as normal but, for any customers who want to avoid entering our stores, our Contact-free Call & Collect service is available to help you collect orders safely at almost all Magnet Trade stores.

Our Call & Collect service is easy to use. Call ahead to place your order, we'll check stock and confirm the date and time for collection. Please note collections are by appointment only. Watch the video to find out more.

Find your local store

Here's how it works:

1. Call ahead to place your order at your local store

2. The store will check stock and confirm a date and time for collection. 

3. Visit the store in your allocated collection slot. 

4. Pay on account or by card. 

To protect you and our team we’ve put the following measures in place:

Dedicated collection bays:  Clearly marked collection bays outside the warehouse entrance, so there’s no need to enter the store.

Appointments will be confirmed: Please don’t turn up at the store without prior agreement. We will only accept orders over the phone and collections will be by confirmed appointment only.

Pay by card: Please note we are unable to accept cash payments but we can accept payment on account or by card.

Only for the trade: This service is offered to Magnet Trade Account customers only.
