Door Specifications

Indicates doors that have the increased thermal efficiency and are suitable for most projects.

Indicates doors to enable access for disabled people in dwellings, wider doors and reduced height thresholds are required by Part M of the Building Regulations.

Indicates product is manufactured from engineered over veneered components for greater stability.

Magnet Trade doors are tested to BS:476 Part 22: 1987 achieving fire resistance up to 30 minutes when hung in the appropriate frame with the intumescent strips fitted all in accordance with supplied instructions. 35mm fire doors can be fitted into standard door frames however, specific product installation procedures which are supplied, must be strictly adhered to. All fire doors must be installed in the correct frame and lining and fitting with appropriate hardware, ironmongery and intumescents.

External doors marked with this icon are from a premium specification, with solid laminated hardwood stiles, engineered panels and premium 19mm hardwood lippings, for greater stability and resilience to severe weather and increased trimability.
