Space Saver Stairs
Alternating tread stairs, perfect for loft conversions when floor space is limited. Because they are made with alternately handed cutaway steps, Spacesaver stairs can be steeper and narrower than conventional stairs, which means they take up much less space in the room below.
Supplied flat pack with 32mm whitewood strings. Finished floor level 2600mm. Individual going 220mm, overall going 1455mm, flight width 700mm, 61°C pitch. 12 no 30mm MDF treads and 13 no 9mm MDF risers. Please check with current building regulations to ensure suitability for use in specific situations.
