Doing all we can to reduce our impact
Magnet Trade do all we can to minimise our impact on the planet. All our operations are managed in accordance with the international ISO 14001 standard. We also hold a number of other environmental accreditations including a Forestry Stewardship Council approved products certificate.
Committed to improved sustainability
We are committed to improving environmental sustainability and are constantly looking to reduce energy use, avoid pollution and minimise waste in ways such as:
- Forest Stewardship Council approved products
- BS EN ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System Standard (EMS 61465)
- Valpak accredited
- All factory delivery vehicles comply with Euro IV emissions – consumption reduced by 4%
- 83% of waste can be recycled due to partnerships with local waste companies
