From the simplest casement window to the more complex bays and bows, we have sizes and styles to suit all needs. Our comprehensive range of double glazing units comply with the latest building regulations and feature the Super Spacer Low E double glazed units supplied loose or factory-fitted where stated. All timber windows are manufactured in the UK and softwood windows are FSC certified.
All Magnet Trade windows are designed to accept 24mm glazed units to comply with Part L of the current Building Regulations.
Features & Benefits
Security
Most frames are supplied with lockable casement stays on opening vents and lockable casement fasteners on sashes. Our SBD range of windows meet the enhanced security requirements of BS: 7950.
Design
Attractive mouldings enhance the look of each frame. Curved head sets can be added to selected windows up to two lights wide on standard windows.
Durability
Durability is increased through the use of quality Scandinavian softwood. All softwood used in Magnet Trade Statesman windows come from Forest Stewardship Council approved sources.
Installation and Efficiency
Beading cut to size is included with most windows and helps to make glazing installation easier. Energy is saved by using double glazing and weatherstrips on all opening sashes.
New energy rated window
The British Fenestration Rating Council (BFRC) have rated Magnet Trade casement windows with an 'A' energy rating, which determines these windows as having superb energy efficiency - available to order only.

Finishing Options
Windows are can be ordered in the following finishes:
- Honey coloured base stain for on site finishing
- Prime finish for on site finishing
- High build factory finish in one of 16 finishes, fully applied to all hidden areas and rebates
- Oak windows are always supplied with a high quality clear lacquer finishing colours
Window Glazing
All Magnet Trade windows are manufactured to accept 24mm double glazed units. These can be supplied either factory glazed, loose or by others if desired. When glazed with 24mm low E Magnet Trade's windows have a 'U' value of under 1.9 (well below current English building regulations). Windows can also be ordered to meet Part J Scotland. If desired double glazing can be specified to get this as low as 1.1.
